A result of taking Reishi mushroom...
•Posted on February 16 2022
Recently, I have been having a very hard time going through my annual physical examination.
When I came to the reception desk, the nurse said, "Please take your blood pressure twice and submit it. It was very painful for me.
About five years ago, I didn't mind being told that at all, but somehow
However, when I had my blood pressure checked, it had risen to about 150 at the top and 95 at the bottom.
At first, I thought it was just a mistake and didn't pay attention to it, but no matter how many times I took it, I kept getting the same result...
Sometimes, there would be a huge line behind me... (Sorry to those who were waiting...)
The human body is a wonder, isn't it? (I'm sorry to those who are waiting.) The human body is a wonder, isn't it?
I thought maybe the machine was broken. That's what I thought.
Since then, I have been conscious of my health and have tried many things to lower my blood pressure, but I have not been able to confirm any significant effect.
But I couldn't see any significant results. That's when I found Reishi mushroom.
Then, I came across Reishi mushroom and thought, "Let's give it a try! As a result, a miracle happened at the medical checkup on November 12 last year. Really? I thought to myself as I went for the second measurement. I was relieved, which helped me to relax.
The second measurement came out to be 120 at the top and 89 at the bottom, which is almost normal. It was the first time in a long time that I was able to feel my own body.
I remember how impressed I was. Reishi is generally said to have many beneficial effects, but for me it worked best in lowering my blood pressure, which is what I was hoping for the most. It may have a positive trend in other areas as well. (I haven't checked, so I don't know...)
In Japan, there is a saying that "continuity is power," and I think it is very true.
I believe in the power of Ganoderma lucidum, and I can't give it up now.
I will continue to take it and hope to experience even more joy at this year's health checkup.
At that time, I would like to report to you all again.
